It’s been about two and a half weeks since Charlotte was born, and, now that most of our friends have had the chance to read her birth story, there are a few questions we’ve been asked about the whole experience.
It’s been a year, guys (and girls).
One year of being married to a girl named Sabrina. And after a year I can say this: Our life together hasn’t gone according to plan.
And while things haven’t gone the way I expected, they’ve all turned out better than expected.
Denver wrote about his perspective of Charlotte’s birth, but we figured it would be nice for me to share my perspective as well. There might be some details he didn’t notice – not that he ever does that…
Alright, here’s the story. I decided to write this while we’re still at the hospital, because it’s all fresh in my mind.
Will it be weird reading the husband’s perspective of the birth story? Maybe. But Sabrina’s busy teaching our baby how to properly maneuver a nipple…so here I am.
